If you are attempting to complete the Online Modules and notice that your Course Activity is not being tracked, you are more than likely experiencing an issue with a missing or un-associated 9-digit UCLA ID. This number is usually part of your UCLA Logon. However, depending on how your UCLA ID was assigned, it may need to be explicitly connected to you UCLA Logon. If you do not remember your 9-digit UCLA ID number please bring photo identification that clearly displays both your full name and date of birth (Driver's License, Passport, or other Government issued ID) to the Bruin Online Help Desk located in Suite 124, Kerckhoff Hall. If you are not able to visit the Help Desk, please fax in a completed copy of the UCLA Logon Service Request Form located here: https://logon-csb1.logon.ucla.edu/forms/service_request.pdf with all required supporting documentation.
